The way we operate:
At shelfkey we procure and stock a large quantity of electronics components and Goods in our warehouse located at Bangalore, Karnataka. These are generally fast moving items and most of them are procured directly from the manufacturer. The items are then categorized according to their parameters and entered to our online database systematically. Every day we add on new components to our stock, and the same is made available to view through our online outlet.
By adopting

  • Avoiding dead stocks and wastages, and
  • Keeping the profit margins low

We are able to maintain a low running cost on the components, and these benefits are directly passed on to the customer. Though we are not authorized distributors of many manufacturers, our prices can be better than what large authorized traders can offer.
Once you have placed an order with us, for the parts which are “in-stock”, we generally ship the items on the same day provided the order confirmation is received before 12.00 PM IST. For the other non-stock items, you may need to confirm the lead time and pricing directly from our sales team.
With the help of filter based search, design engineer can choose the required stocked items to avoid delay during prototyping. Besides this our technical team can suggest you the suitable components from stock or with the shortest lead time. However the acceptance of the suggested parts needs to be confirmed by you.

How to buy?
 • Select the parts dealt by us using direct part-number search or using category menus, and filter based search.
 • Choose the items required using shopping carts (For non-stock we request you to confirm the prices and lead time)
 • Once you have filled your shopping carts with the required items check out the shopping and give the required details of shipping address and your contact     details.
 • Choose the mode of payment. You have three choices.
 • Via Credit/Debit Cards
If you choose to pay immediately by credit/debit cards give the required details on our secured payment partner web site and confirm. Payment partner will do a pre-authorization debiting to your card. Your payment will be accepted by us at the time of shipping. And in-case of a permissible cancellation of the order from any of the two parties, the amount will be reversed to your card, or debiting will be dropped. You may have to bear for any transaction charges levied to you by the payment gateway in case of the permissible cancellation is done at your will.
Via Direct deposit to Bank Account.
If you choose to make the payment via, direct bank transfer then, choose the payment option of Direct Bank Transfer, check out the cart, you will receive a quotation e-mailed to you for the parts you have chosen. Make the payment to the below bank account

Once you have made the payment, send us the details to and allow us to verify the payment details. Once your payment is verified, we will ship the parts along with the invoice/receipt and delivery note.
 • Via Purchase Order
If you choose to pay via Company cheque, (Available only to Corporate customers) then select the option of Via Company cheque and check out the shopping. You will receive the Auto generated quote, and you may prepare the PO and send to us via e-mail. We honour soft copy PO send from company e-mail id.
